Introduction to IceCube DAQ Software

This web guide is designed to introduce a new user to the IceCube software environment. It is primarily intended for IceCube software developers and users.

Goals:

After looking at these web pages, you will gain an understanding of how to:

Set up and use the backbone IceCube software environment.
Download, build, and run existing DAQ software projects.
Create, compile, and run new DAQ software projects.

Troubleshooting:

If you have trouble with any of the tasks, the following pointers should help.
