Non-delivered. Short to
ground detected by PC loading house.
Symptoms:
-5V power net shorted to
ground.
After fixing the power problem, this board fails many ATWD tests.

Analysis Procedure(s):
Disconnect Bead B16.
DC-DC converter OK.
Hard short from -5V power plane to ground. Suspect. shorted component,
or solder bridge.
10/25/04
Located shorted capacitor C424. Restored B16. All voltages
OK.
Ran room temperature STF tests. Many, many ATWD STF failures. It
appears that there is no front-end pulser output.
Root cause:
Shorted capacitor, or solder
bridge across capacitor.
Mitigation:
Replace C424
