August 5, Could not verify configuration memory loading
This board returned with an 'on-all' intermittency problem

Analysis Procedure(s):

Loaded CPLD.
Replicated original symptom.  JTAG Scan recognizes EPC8,  so JTAG probably OK.
Verify failed.
Reattempted EPC8 download. Load and verify OK.
Board passed complete STF suite at room temperature.
Reloaded CPLD 10/15/04. Ran with temperature sweep and repeated boot script over the weekend.
During subsequent STF tests, the board did not behave consistently.  It would sometimes drop out
during STF testing.
September 29, Replace Oscillator on speculation.  Inspect U8. Run through an extensive suite reboot test while sweeping temperature from -55C to +65C; no failures.
Profile low temperature performance from -40C to -75C.. LC failure at and below -65C.  Pressure and ADC test failure at and below -70C

Root cause:

Uncertain.

Mitigation:

Debugging Deferred until the pressure is off.
