(Draws very high current; approximately 1/2 Amp.
9/30/04 Fails ATWD Baseline test on ATWD 0 Channel 2 when cold

Analysis Procedure(s):
With Ohm Meter, locate
lowest impedance across power input circuit.
Identify C159 as suspect.
Examine with microscope before removal. (see hair line cracks in pix
below)
Remove C159. Reinspect and photograph.
Run STF suite at room temperature. Board passes.
9/30/04 Took low temperature performance data, and passed by fiat.
Root cause:
uncertain...
Mitigation:
None
Disposition:
After C159 is replaced, route back into production.
9/30/04 Pass by fiat. Direct to European production to avoid having the
boar possibly be integrated into an IceTop DOM
