Symptoms:
Fails Local Coincidence Loopback
tests
Falis slow ADC tests.
Intermittant booting hot.

Analysis Procedure(s):
Ran lctestboth in loop. Discovered faulty waveform at Z1-1.
Lifted T1-3, and installed dummy load on Z1-1. Ran lctestboth in loop.
Identified faulty waveform on Z1-1.
Removed and tested Z1. Found apparent open circuit at pin 1.
Replaced Z1 with new, and ran room temperature STF: fully functional.
Root cause:
Faulty power splitter
Mitigation:
Removed and replaced faulty part.
Disposition:
This looks like a one-of-a-kind
failure mode.

Look carefully at pin 11 and pin 22 of the image below. It
looks like the solder isn't wicking up onto the side contact of the
package.
If the solder isn't wicking properly, then is it making a proper solder
bond to the pad on the bottom of the chip?
