Symptoms:

September 10, Boot failure cold, and  ATWD A Channel 2 Baseline Jumps when cold

Analysis Procedure(s):

Ran low temperature profile from -40°C to -75°C.  Results:
Local Coincidence Loopback failure at and below -65°C.
ATWD A Ch 1 Baseline failure only at -50°C, and at -55°C.  Interesting that the problem doesn't persist to -75°C.

Root cause:

Boot race
Cause of Baseline problem is uncertain

Mitigation:

After firmware upgrade, Pass by fiat.

Disposition:

Mainstram with restriction that the board be integrated in Europe to insure it cannot become an IceTop module.
