Fails to boot at beginning of hot soak during burn-in.

On-all ok. Flash load OK. Passes room temperatue STF suite.

Loaded CPLD. Loaded Configuration
memory; no errors Loaded Flash memory; no errors
Board passes a room temperature STF suite without errors.
Boot failure at high temperature. Replaced oscillator on a
hunch; It was no help.
Suspect possible intermittant power supply problem. Suggest
solder touch-up on U8, or replacing U8.
