The above was extracted from an exhaustive list found at the AMP website.  The pages there list some other even larger 93 ohm and 95 ohm  coaxes exist, but are even larger in diameter which I didn't bother to put in the list.

A few of the SMB series coax connectors are compatible with RG-195 coax.  By extension, they should also suit RG-180/U.  AMP and Amphenol  manufacture SMB parts.  SMB has the attractive feature of being a push-on/snap-in type connector, not requiring rotation to mate.  For instance, right-angle cable connectors could mate to vertical PCB mount connectors, however,  so far, only straight cable connectors in SMB seem to be available.  An SMB edge connector  would be a viable alternative, provided the PC board were routed to accommodate it without intruding into a forbidden region.

Unfortunately, no standard 50 ohm or 75 ohm coax cable has a dielectric diameter within a few mils of 0.102" diameter.  The closest smaller cable is RG-122, a 50 ohm cable with DOD=0.096" and OD=0.160".
