Cross-talk from Clock to ATWD Channel 0

we are running into a new problem in the domhub-test-lab1 hub. We have 5 DOR cards and those connected to lots of V5 boards.

We do "on all" and they all respond ok.

We do "./iceboot.sh all" and they all go into iceboot ok.

We then start the stf-client and connect to DOMs directly thru the DOR. It then goes from card 4 down

connecting to the DOMs.

But it fails when it gets to the DOMs on card 1 and card 0 (sometimes even card 2). And it fails all the connects thereafter.

 

We know it is not a DOR card or DOMMB problem because we have changed the numbers of the DOR cards (little dial on top of card) and the problem still shows in the card 0 and card 1.

When it fails it says "Softboot interrupted or timeout"

"...HARDWARE timeout".

We also tryed to softboot the DOMMB after getting into this state and it failed.
