Passive Fan-Out
The simple resistive passive fan-out provides adequate
permformance, fidelity, and signal margin when distributing GPS clock
signals to multiple DSB (DOR Service Board) cards.

GPS Clock to DOM Hub Fan-Out in the
Temporary Counting House 2005 -- This is the important page
describing, in a general way, how timing
distribution cabling is implemented.
During installation of the passive fan-out, the 32ns 10 MHz
cables from the passive fan-out panel to the DOM Hubs were assigned
randomly.
The phase of the 10 MHz signals, as measured at the test-points on JP4 of the DSB card,
matched to within 350 ps.
